Honest diagnosis first, repair second
When a Mac stops working, the standard answer at most service centres is a replacement logic board. It is fast, it is easy to quote, and it is often several times the cost of the actual repair. It also means losing the board your device shipped with — and on modern Macs, the storage soldered to it.
We work the other way round. The board comes out, goes under a microscope, and we trace the fault to the component that failed: a power IC, a burnt track, a shorted capacitor, corrosion from a spill. Then we replace that one part. Most of the time that is the whole job, and the quote reflects it.
Sometimes the answer is that a repair is not worth it. We say so. You will not be sold a job that costs more than the device is worth, and the diagnosis that tells you so is free either way.
We are an independent workshop, not an Apple Authorised Service Provider. That means we can repair devices Apple will only replace, work on out-of-warranty machines without a whole-unit quote, and price the job on what actually needs doing.

Every board repair happens under magnification. You cannot fix what you cannot see.
Hot-air & soldering rework
Controlled-temperature BGA and IC work, with proper preheating so nothing else on the board gets cooked.

The only real way to get corrosion out of a liquid-damaged board, including under the shields.
